SAC 2023 Race Format

The Sarawak Adventure Challenge is a single-day, multi-sport event involving 2 main disciplines; mountain biking and trail running. For this year, the mountain bike section will consist of one lap of a trail that covers approximately 50 km and there will be an extended single event trail run of 20+ km.

For the Duathalon team events, competitors will be required to complete the mountain bike section followed by the running section. Finishing time will be the cumulative lap time for both events, measured by the last member of the team to cross the finish line. For the individual events, timing will be lap time based on crossing the finish line. The events for 2023 include:

• Duathlon Full – 50 km MTB / 12 km Trail run
• Duathlon Sprint – 25 km MTB / 12 km Trail run
• Trail Run – 20+ km Trail Run
• MTB – 50 km MTB
• MTB Sprint – 25 km MTB

Registration

The fastest and easiest way to register is through online registration. However, if you wish to use bank transfer or cash payment, here are the step by step instructions for your registration.


A. Bank Transfer Payment

  2. Send us your bank in slip (screenshot), by
  3. Upon bank verification, we will email / WhatsApp you a Registration Code
  4. You can then register online using the Registration Code.

B. Cash Payment

  1. Walk into our shop @ Paradesa Borneo, No. 1 Wayang Street, Kuching (Opening hour Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm)
  2. Make cash payment
  3. Registration Code will be issued on the spot
  4. You can then registered online using the Registration Code.
