Duathlon (MTB 40km + Trail Run 12km) Challenge
The SAC 2019 Duathlon format will have four categories:-
(A) Tandem Teams of 2 for Mixed (1 Man and 1 Woman)
(B) Tandem Teams of 2 for Men
(C) Individual Open Man
(D) Individual Open Woman
Single Sport Challenge
In response to the local communities request to open the event up to more people, this year’s event has six single discipline categories:-
(E) Trail Run Individual Man (12KM)
(F) Trail Run Individual Woman (12KM)
(G) Ultra-Trail Run Individual Man (24KM)
(H) Ultra-Trail Run Individual Woman (24KM)
(I) MTB Individual Man (40KM)
(J) MTB Individual Woman (40KM)
